In the March 8, 2021 article of Italia Oggi<\/a>, Nicole Frigo<\/a>\u00a0and Sara Cancian<\/a> were mentioned among the outstanding women who, in 2020, despite the difficulties implied by the pandemic, carried on their work with dedication and distinguished themselves by the merit of having undertaken several transactions.<\/p>\n

Nicole Frigo, an established professional and Associate Partner at Andersen in Italy, has a well-established experience in M&A. In 2020, she took part in numerous transactions, some of which have already been completed (such as the support to the Pinault Collection group for the acquisition of 20% of the shares of Palazzo Grassi Spa, in Venice) and others in the process of completion (still confidential).<\/p>\n

Sara Cancian, an up-and-coming professional and Manager at Andersen in Italy, is actively participating in several transactions, gaining more and more autonomy.<\/p>\n
