{"id":17904,"date":"2022-06-13T12:19:02","date_gmt":"2022-06-13T10:19:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.andersen.dotandmedia.com\/?p=17904"},"modified":"2022-06-13T14:19:42","modified_gmt":"2022-06-13T12:19:42","slug":"expiration-30-june-2022-unique-childrens-assistance-a-charge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.andersen.dotandmedia.com\/en\/expiration-30-june-2022-unique-childrens-assistance-a-charge\/","title":{"rendered":"By the 30 of June 2022 the application for the single allowance for dependent children"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">On June 30, 2022,\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">there\u2019s the first deadline for submitting to INPS the\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Application<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0useful for obtaining the new\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Universal Unique Allowance<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0(hereinafter\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">UUA<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">), which replaces most of the pre-existing\u00a0<\/span><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">IRPEF tax deductions<\/span><\/u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, and not only,\u00a0<\/span><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">for dependent children<\/span><\/u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Application submission by the 30 of June 2022 <\/span><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">will allow interested parties to receive the\u00a0<\/span><\/u><strong><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">UUA<\/span><\/u><\/strong><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0also for previous monthly payments, starting from March 2022\u00a0<\/span><\/u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(i.e., the year in which the application was submitted).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For applications submitted from the 1st of July the <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">UUA<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> will be recognized from the month following, based on the ISEE presented at the time of the Application.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">UUA<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0is an economic benefit granted, monthly, for the period from March of each year to February of the following year, to households based on the economic condition of the nucleus itself calculated based on the \u201c<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ndicatore della\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">S<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ituazione\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">E<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">conomica\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">E<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">quivalente\u201d (<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ISEE<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">UUA<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0is a measure that concerns:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Minor dependent children<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Dependent children of legal age up to the age of twenty-one<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, only if the child alternately:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Attends a school or professional training course or a degree course<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Carries out an internship or a work activity and has a total income of less than \u20ac 8,000.00 per year<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Is registered as unemployed and looking for a job in the public employment services<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-indent-1\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Carries out the universal civil service<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Dependent children with disabilities regardless of age<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is called &#8220;unique&#8221; as it replaces n. 6 (six) measures currently in force for dependent children, including\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">IRPEF tax deductions<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">family allowances (family allowances or ANF)<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is called &#8220;universal&#8221; as it\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">belongs to the generality of parents\/subjects exercising parental responsibility<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, regardless of whether they are employees or self-employed (traders, craftsmen, freelancers, etc.), not workers, capacious or uncapacious.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">They must meet the following requirements<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Citizenship\/residence permit in Italy<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> or an EU State<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Payment of income taxes in Italy<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Residence and domicile in Italy<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, at the time of the request and for the entire duration of the service<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As part of the application, in addition to the data relating to the composition of the household and the ISEE, it is also required:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The IBAN of the current account where you want to receive credit transfers when you do not opt for the delivery of cash to the beneficiary of the service at a post office<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The distribution between the parents\/subjects exercising parental responsibility (it is paid entirely to the person who submitted the application in agreement with the other parent or divided 50% between the n. 2 parents with or without agreement with the other parent)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The\u00a0<\/span><\/u><strong><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">UUA <\/span><\/u><\/strong><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">does not contribute to the formation of the total income<\/span><\/u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> (as established by Article 1 of Legislative Decree no. 230 of 29 December 2021).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Although the\u00a0<\/span><\/u><strong><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">UUA<\/span><\/u><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0is requested to INPS,\u00a0<\/span><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the children remain &#8220;formally&#8221; dependent on those entitled according to Article 12 of the TUIR, if they comply with the income requirements referred to in paragraph 2) of the same article (total gross income not exceeding \u20ac 2,840.51).<\/span><\/u><strong><em><u><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0So the deductions provided for charges and expenses (health, education, public transport, and sport) supported in their interest, continue to be recognized exactly as before<\/span><\/u><\/em><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 30, 2022,\u00a0there\u2019s the first deadline for submitting to INPS the\u00a0Application\u00a0useful for obtaining the new\u00a0Universal Unique Allowance\u00a0(hereinafter\u00a0UUA), which replaces most of the pre-existing\u00a0IRPEF tax deductions, and not only,\u00a0for dependent children.
