Sustainable success&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>His talk will address the <strong>integration of ESG risks into the ERM<\/strong> (Enterprise Risk Management) <strong>framework developed by the CoSO<\/strong> (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission). This publication aims to establish a system for value creation through a proper procedure for managing environmental, social, and governance issues, which is an integral part of the definition and development of strategy and performance processes.<\/p>\n<p>This is a novelty in this area, together with the <strong>Corporate Governance Code issued in 2020<\/strong> by a committee formed by business associations (ABI, ANIA, Assonime, Confindustria), Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and the Association of Professional Investors (Assogestioni). Its articles identify the objectives of good management and indicate best practices for achieving the standards set forth by ESG principles. This edition of the Code is adapted to the needs of SMEs, while maintaining its focus on achieving &#8220;sustainable success,&#8221; or creating long-term value by balancing a business&#8217;s economic, environmental, and social dimensions.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar will then explore the cornerstones of &#8220;shareholders rights,&#8221; part of Legislative Decree 49\/2019, aimed at improving the governance of listed companies, thereby strengthening their competitiveness and long-term sustainability. This intent is pursued through greater and more conscious involvement and engagement of shareholders in corporate governance, in the medium and long term, and through facilitating the exercise of shareholders&#8217; rights.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The webinar can be accessed without prior registration, through the reserved area of the website www.odcec.torino.it &#8211; Live Webinars.
