The arrival of new salary partner Carlo Gioffr\u00e8<\/strong> at Andersen marks the start of the Energy Public Law practice<\/strong> at Andersen. The administrative lawyer becomes the coordinator of the new department, which will support clients in energy-related proceedings, administrative law, environmental law, and waste management.<\/p>\n

During his professional career, Gioffr\u00e8 has gained solid experience in energy, public economics, infrastructure, and environmental law, expecially concerning renewable energy sources and decarbonization processes. He assists national and international entities, private equity funds, project developers, and multinational companies in transactions involving the purchase, construction, sale, and financing of power generation systems from renewable sources. In this sector, characterized by rapidly evolving regulations, he offers fundamental support in the realization of structured finance projects, and in the management of public financing in the procurement, concessions, and regulated, renewable and waste-to-energy sectors.<\/p>\n
