In particular, the expression \u201clegal entities related to trusts\u201d refers to \u201cfiduciary mandate\u201d. Only referring to the <strong><u>declarant<\/u><\/strong>, it is disposed that this one has to coincide with the trustee both in the case of trusts and in the case of fiduciary mandates.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, still referring to this type of institute (fiduciary mandate), it is declared that the transmission of the beneficial owner\u2019s communication is compulsory <strong>only in case of contracts stipulated with fiduciary companies<\/strong> \u2013 the Register of Companies responsible is the one located in the area where it\u2019s possible to find the headquarter of the fiduciary company responsible for the communication.
