Andersen handled the development of Diversity &amp; Inclusion procedures and internal training for various company functions, in collaboration with MocautoGroup\u2019s internal contact, leading up to the certification achievement in February 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"1251\">\u201cObtaining the UNI\/PdR 125:2022 Certification,\u201d stated <strong>Luca Rigotti<\/strong>, Andersen partner, \u201ccan represent a significant opportunity for companies to improve and streamline their organization, with clear competitive advantages including enhanced brand reputation, given the growing awareness of the issue.
