Partners <strong>Letizia Carrara<\/strong> and <strong>Giacomo Baldin<\/strong> led the professionals specialising in tax, financial and legal due diligence. For the negotiation aspects, partner <strong>Gherardo Cadore<\/strong> worked with the M&amp;A group on the structuring and implementation of the transaction, until the agreement was finalised.
