Activities that can reopen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The new 26 of April decree issued by the Government provides for measures to contain the contagion for the safe conduct of industrial and commercial production activities, establishing the provisions relating to &#8220;Phase 2&#8221;, with a loosening of the restrictive measures that will be in force from May 4 to May 17th. The companies, which resume their activities from 4 May 2020, can carry out all the preparatory activities for reopening from 27 April 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The new decree provides for the reopening of further activities, which are added with respect to the Dpcm of 10 April 2020, and which are listed with the following Ateco codes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>09. activities of extraction support services<\/li>\n<li>12. tobacco industry<\/li>\n<li>13. textile industries<\/li>\n<li>14. packaging of clothing items; packaging of leather and fur items<\/li>\n<li>15. manufacture of leather goods and the like<\/li>\n<li>22. manufacture of rubber and plastic products<\/li>\n<li>23. manufacture of other non-metallic mineral products<\/li>\n<li>24. metallurgy<\/li>\n<li>25. manufacture of metal products (excluding machinery and equipment)<\/li>\n<li>26. manufacture of computers and electronics and optics products; electro-medical devices, measuring devices and watches<\/li>\n<li>27. manufacture of electrical and non-electrical household equipment expanded<\/li>\n<li>28. manufacture of machinery and equipment nec<\/li>\n<li>29. manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers<\/li>\n<li>30. manufacture of other means of transport<\/li>\n<li>31. manufacture of furniture<\/li>\n<li>32. other manufacturing industries<\/li>\n<li>33. repair, maintenance and installation of machines and equipment<\/li>\n<li>41. construction of buildings<\/li>\n<li>43. specialized construction works<\/li>\n<li>45. wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles<\/li>\n<li>46. wholesale trade (excluding motor vehicles and motorcycles)<\/li>\n<li>68. real estate activities<\/li>\n<li>73. advertising and market research<\/li>\n<li>78. research, selection and supply of personnel<\/li>\n<li>80. surveillance and investigation services<\/li>\n<li>82. support activities for office functions and other business support services<\/li>\n<li>95. repair of computers and personal and household goods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To ensure that production activities are carried out in safe conditions, the Regions monitor, on a daily basis, the progress of the epidemiological situation in their territories and, in relation to this trend, the conditions of adequacy of the regional health system. Please note that the activities involved in the reopening must ensure adequate levels of protection. In the event that these are not respected, the activity is suspended until the safety conditions are restored.<\/p>\n<p>The companies, whose activities should be suspended, as a consequence of the provisions of this decree, can however continue if organized in remote mode or agile work. For suspended production activities, upon communication to the Prefect, access to company premises by employees or third parties delegated for the performance of surveillance activities, conservation and maintenance activities, payment management as well as cleaning and sanitization activities, is allowed. shipment to third parties of goods stored in the warehouse and the reception of goods and supplies in the warehouse.<\/p>\n<p>Activities that provide services of public utility are allowed, as well as essential services for museums and other institutes and places of culture, as well as for services that concern education; the production, transport, marketing and delivery of drugs, health technology and medical-surgical devices as well as agricultural and food products.<\/p>\n<p>Any activity that is functional to cope with the emergency is also permitted.
