Andersen advises Blink S.r.l. on its entry into Dacke Industri
Andersen, the Italian member firm of Andersen Global, providing accounting, legal, and financial advisory services, advised Blink S.r.l. – an Italian company specialized in the design and production of highly customisable CAN bus keyboards – on the sale of an 80% stake to Dacke Industri, a Swedish industrial group expanding in the European market.
The transaction, completed on 21 July 2025, allows Blink’s management to retain a minority stake and continue leading the company, which will join Dacke Industri’s decentralised network, focused on advanced technological solutions for industry.
Andersen provided legal advice to Blink throughout all stages of the transaction, with a team led by partner Francesco Inturri, supported by senior manager Carlo Riso and senior associate Irene Munaretto.
Blink operates in highly specialised sectors – including marine, motorsport, agricultural, and off-highway vehicles – and is internationally recognised for the reliability and flexibility of its solutions. Joining the Dacke Industri group represents a strategic opportunity to accelerate growth in international markets while maintaining managerial autonomy and a focus on innovation.
