Andersen and the Financing of the Test Industry Group
Andersen in Italy assisted the Test Industry Group in a direct lending financing transaction. The financing, aimed at supporting the group’s investment plan, expansion into new sectors, technological innovation, digitalization processes, and sustainability initiatives, was provided by Azimut Investments SA, a leading financial operator in the market, and guaranteed by Sace Futuro through the issuance of the Futuro Guarantee.
The Andersen team, composed of Paola Pellegrini, Andrea Davide D’Avanzo, and Ottavio Reale, acted as financial advisor to the borrower, supporting the Test Industry Group in the structuring of the financing and the review of the financial documentation.
The Test Industry Group is an Italian manufacturer of test benches for engines and mechanical devices. Operating both nationally and internationally, it serves over 600 active clients in the aerospace, automotive, and industrial automation sectors. Since 2019, it has been controlled by IGI Private Equity.
