Andersen in Hiskin’s change of control

Andersen in Italy assisted shareholder Massimo Ferrando – previously holding 50% of the shares in Hiskin Srl – in acquiring the remaining 50% of the company’s share capital, overseeing the structuring of the transaction and the negotiation of the deal.

Hiskin operates in the construction sector, serving both public and private markets, and specializes in the production of permeable paving. Among the notable projects completed using its flagship products is the paving of Milan Metro Line M4.

Andersen supported Massimo Ferrando in all negotiation phases and in structuring the transaction with a team specialized in corporate and contractual matters, led by partner Nicole Frigo. The preliminary feasibility analyses of the deal were managed by partner Francesco Inturri.

With this acquisition – which resulted in the exit of the other founding partner from the share capital – Ferrando becomes the sole shareholder of a company experiencing strong growth through the distribution and installation of materials aligned with new trends in sustainable construction.
