Andersen in Italy for Banca Santa Giulia and Casa 110

Andersen supports the partnership created by Casa 110 Srl and Banca Santa Giulia SpA to support the requests for the Superbonus 110%. Two teams of Andersen professionals support the new company set up to manage the entire professional, technical (as general contractor for Casa 110) and financial chain related to tax breaks for energy efficiency and renovations introduced by the Decree Rilancio in 2020.

Stefania Zanotti leads the Superbonus Tax Incentive team in charge of the integrated consulting on technical and fiscal aspects. The team has the important task of affixing the “compliance visas” that allow Banca Santa Giulia SpA to acquire the tax credit, as well as dealing with the verification of compliance, completeness and adequacy of all the documentation for the formation of the tax benefit.

Legal professionals, coordinated by Andrea Ferrandi and Alessandra Nodari, work on legal advice in the formation of the tax benefit and in the formalization of contractual relationships with all parties in the chain.

Casa 110 is a start-up company led by CEO Lorenzo Falconi and participated by Etica Finanziaria Srl (leader in the intermediation sector of financial and credit services to companies, directed by CEO Michele Serini). Banca Santa Giulia SpA is led by Director Fausto Pavia.
