Andersen professionals for AorticLab’s employee incentive plan
A team coordinated by partners Edoardo Fea and Francesco Inturri, Andersen assisted the startup Aorticlab, a company specializing in the creation of medical devices for aortic stenosis, in developing an incentive plan dedicated to the company’s employees. The firm worked jointly with Aorticlab’s board of directors to resolve a dedicated capital increase for all the company’s employees. Our professionals, following the analysis of the internal remuneration policy, worked out the suitable measures and incentives, drafting the corporate and ancillary labor law documentation.
The measure adopted by the start-up includes short- and long-term financial and equity incentives: stock options, stock purchases, co-investment and restrictedshare units. The initiative is aimed at retaining employees, who have contributed to the creation of the company’s know-how.
