Andersen supports Supernova Group in the acquisition of the La Scaglia shopping centre in Civitavecchia
Andersen assisted Supernova Group, one of the leading European operators specialising in retail sector investments, in the tax structuring of the acquisition of the La Scaglia shopping centre in Civitavecchia (Rome), sold by Kryalos SGR.
The Andersen team handled all tax aspects of the transaction, led by partner Paolo Trevisanato, with the support of partners Letizia Carrara and Giacomo Baldin, and manager Davide Moretti.
The acquired property covers an area of over 15,800 sqm and is almost entirely leased to major national and international brands. Located in a highly commercial area north of Rome, La Scaglia is a key reference point for local retail.
The transaction is part of Supernova’s broader investment strategy in the Italian market, with Andersen providing support in defining the tax implications of the acquisition structure.
