Banking & Finance department assisted My Credit in a securitization matter
The Andersen team, led by the partners Marco Giorgi and Andrea Ferrandi, assisted My Credit SpA in the securitization of NPLs and UTPs supported by mortgage guarantees. As the arranger of the operation, Marco Giorgi, who heads the Banking and Finance department, assisted My Credit, while Andrea Ferrandi, coordinator of the entire legal area, supported the securitization vehicle, Estella SPE Srl, in the purchase of the NPL and UTP portfolios.
The operation was carried out through the securitisation special-purpose entity Estella SPE Srl, which acquired the credits and issued partly paid ABS with a duration of eight years for the purchase of the those portfolios. The securities were issued in two equal classes: Class A, with a fixed yield, and Class B, with a fixed and variable yield.
