Barberino’s in South Korea: Cavagna assists the franchise agreement
Gilberto Cavagna Di Gualdana, a lawyer specialized in the protection of intellectual property rights, followed the negotiation of the franchise agreement for the opening of the first Barberino’s barber shop in South Korea.
Cavagna has managed the international profiles and the cross-border protection of patents (first of all, trademark and know-how), in a perspective of cooperation with the client and of collaboration with the
counterpart.
Barberino’s is part of the B&C group, and is an Italian start-up founded in 2015.
The opening of the new store in Seoul means a big boost for the Italian brand in the foreign market and a great opportunity to deal with different realities for Cavagna.
