IAB webinars: Gallucci and di Castri on M&A processes and Patent Box
Andersen Partners Giovanni Gallucci and Andrea di Castri will be speakers in a series of webinars organized by IAB Italy.
The first two meetings will be dedicated to the M&A processes from a fiscal and legal point of view.
Merger & Acquisition operations are the operations that lead to the merger of two or more companies. Gallucci and di Castri will talk about the different approaches that can be adopted for the M&A strategy, analyzing opportunities and risks, involving entrepreneurs, CFOs, and Legal Counsel in the discussion.
In the last online seminar, Gallucci will speak together with other professionals from the DGRS legal practice on the topic of the patent box tax regime as an opportunity for the valorization of IP. The experts will explain the tax benefits that a company can gain by exploiting the potential of its IP assets.
