Macoglass: the Italian entrepreneurial jewel sold to Belgian giant Sibelco
L’Eco di Bergamo newspaper wrote an article on the sale of Macoglass to Sibelco Italia.
The operation, supported by Andrea Ferrandi and Francesco Inturri, Andersen in Italy partner and lawyers, provides for the sale of the entire share capital of Macoglass Srl – a leading glass recycling company in Antegnate, province of Bergamo – by Coti Zelati family to Sibelco Italia SpA, company specialized in industrial sands and minerals production for many sectors, from construction to glassware belonging to the Belgian Sibelco Group.
Thanks to the significant expertise in processing and plant engineering in the glass recycling industry, Macoglass has been selected by the Sibelco Group for the great professionalism of its collaborators and for cutting-edge projects developed over 3 generations.
