Marco Giorgi, partner in Rome, lecturer on capital segregation
Friday, February 2, 2018, the lawyer Marco Giorgi, partner Andersen, based in Rome, will be a speaker at the conference organized by the Rome Bar Association entitled The instruments of capital segregation in Italian and international experience.
The speech of the lawyer, an expert in comparative private law, will be GRATS and other particular forms of trust: comparative profiles and problems of recognition.
