Lawyer Maurizio Onza joins Andersen
Lawyer Maurizio Onza joins Andersen’s salary partners, establishing the Litigation & Arbitration practice at the association’s Rome offices.
The new partner is a full professor of commercial law at the Law Department of the University of Brescia and provides judicial and extrajudicial advisory services to Italian and international companies. During his career he has specialized in corporate group reorganizations, generational transitions, and legal and economic relations between companies and lenders. In particular, he has focused on corporate crisis, corporate, banking and finance law, assisting clients in ownership restructuring and governance structures.
Maurizio Onza has made a name for himself by participating in and organizing various conferences and collaborating with universities and other institutions. In addition, he is the author and co-author of numerous essays, monographs, and legal papers.
