Andersen assists My Credit in capital increase operation
Andersen professionals assisted My Credit, a company specializing in the investment and management of NPL and UTP secured portfolios to create a link between the financial and real estate industry, in the transaction concluded with a €3 million capital increase thanks to the entry of new partners.
On this occasion, the shareholders’ meeting appointed the new board of directors, with the reappointment of Mirko Tramontano and Dario Bettinelli as managing directors.

The team led by Andrea Ferrandi, Partner and Coordinator of the Legal department of Andersen in Italy, handled the legal and tax aspects of the transaction. It included the lawyers Marco Giorgi, a specialist in comparative corporate law and Japanese law, Tatiana Karabanova, an expert in civil, commercial, and corporate law, Carlo Riso, who is specialized in corporate law with a focus on extraordinary finance transactions, and chartered accounts Giovanni Gallucci, who focuses its activity on corporate and real estate matters, and Alessandra Iemmi, a corporate and tax assistant.
