The Employment & Labor department grows with the addition of the employment attorney, an outstanding professional in the field of labor law

Uberto Percivalle joins Andersen which entrusts him with the guidance of the Employment & Labor department.

The labour lawyer with thirty years of experience, already indicated as Leading Lawyer by the main international legal directories, focuses his professional activity on labour and trade union law, agency and related litigation.

He provides assistance in the field of labor law aspects of extraordinary operations, follows the particularities of executive employment relationships, helps to plan and implement restructuring plans. He also assists Italian and foreign companies on pay and benefits, safety at work and international mobility. Over the years he has had the opportunity to know and operate in various sectors, including automotive, consumer products and cosmetics, fashion, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, chemistry, IT and consulting, logistics.

As a result of the new appointment, the number of Andersen’s equity partners in Italy rises to 28. During 2022, Andersen integrated 9 partners, in particular following two strategic firm integrations.
