Our Awards – Andersen recognised by The Legal 500 and listed among Forbes’ 100 Professionals
For the sixth consecutive year, Andersen is featured in Forbes Italia’s 100 Professionals ranking, dedicated to the top law and consulting firms.
This success is also recognized internationally, as the work of our professionals has been highlighted in the 2025 edition of The Legal 500, which listed Andersen among recommended firms for Tax and, for the first time, also for M&A practices and its sector focus on Energy.
The ranking, based on an independent analysis of the legal market and direct client feedback, confirms the quality of services provided and the Andersen teams’ ability to deliver highly specialized advice in complex and cross-sector areas.
Andersen’s Tax team stands out for its expertise in both domestic and international taxation and its deep knowledge of strategic sectors such as banking, finance, real estate, manufacturing, energy, tech, and media. Partners Maricla Pennesi and Francesco Marconi are recognized for their professionalism and expertise.
Clients particularly value the team’s availability, precision, and proactive approach, as well as their ability to provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
New Rankings for M&A and Energy
The inclusion in the M&A practice ranking confirms the growing recognition of Andersen’s expertise in extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on SMEs and sectors such as manufacturing, energy, real estate, banking, technology, and agribusiness. The practice is led by Gherardo Cadore and Francesco Inturri, who assist companies through all stages of their corporate lifecycle.
Special mention goes to partners Edoardo Fea and Carlo Gioffrè, who coordinate Andersen’s Energy Industry Group in Italy and have been recognized for projects related to the energy transition, thanks to a combination of legal, administrative, and financial expertise.
Clients interviewed highlighted the firm’s entrepreneurial approach, quality of work, and direct access to senior professionals as key strengths. Particular appreciation was also expressed for the firm’s inclusive culture, commitment to gender balance, and talent development initiatives.
