Maricla Pennesi attends IFA event dedicated to the Budget Law 2023
On Wednesday 8 February, Maricla Pennesi, equity partner at Andersen Tax Coordinator for Andersen Europe and Italy, and expert in international taxation, corporate reorganizations, digital economy, and risk management, will be a speaker at the IFA (International Fiscal Association) event dedicated to the Budget Law 2023. In particular, Pennesi will participate in the 10.25 a.m. round table entitled “Changes to the territoriality of capital gains on participation realized by non-residents” together with Valentina Buzzi, Luca Rossi, and Giuseppe Zingaro.
The meeting, sponsored by Andersen and others, will be an opportunity to discuss the main novelties introduced by the law in international taxation. The panelists will also analyze the updates on the regulations for crypto-assets, the facilitation of the allocation of assets to shareholders, and the settlement of disputes.
The International Fiscal Association (IFA) was founded in 1938 in the Netherlands as the only non-governmental organization in the international taxation sector. The aim of the association is the study and development of international and comparative tax law and the financial and economic aspects of the tax system. Every year it organizes conferences and publishes in-depth papers and reports on the main developments in the field, making it an important point of reference for more than 13.500 members.
