Postposed deadline for the electronic submission of Periodic Vat Settlements Communication

With the press release of May 29^th, 2017, the Ministry of the Economy and Finance issued an official prorogation of the deadline to file the new fulfillment introduced by the Stability Law 2017, the Periodic Vat Settlements Communication, to the Tax Authority.

Although no publication in the Official Journal occurred yet, the proposal is included in the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, and this measure has already been signed by the Prime Minister Gentiloni and by Minister Padoan.

For this reason, the deadline for filing the fulfilment, that originally expired on May 31^st, 2017, has been extended up to June 12^th, 2017 just over 48 hours before its expiration.

The publication in the Official Journal will only take place on the original expiration day or afterwards.
