Alessandra Bardella

Alessandra has developed specific skills in accounting reporting, as well as the preparation and analysis of financial statements both based on national accounting standards and international accounting standards (IAS / IFRS).​

She provides assistance to corporations and partnerships operating in several sectors in relation to civil and fiscal issues, as well as in the preparation of periodic tax returns.​ She deals with several fiscal areas (such as national fiscal consolidation) and VAT issues at a national and European Community level. ​

She gained experience in accounting and financial due diligence, drawing-up of business plans and economic-financial plans; she provides advice in relation to extraordinary transactions and also works alongside other professionals of the Firm in the field of M&A operations and corporate reorganization.​

In 2013 Alessandra started to work with the professional Firm that became Noda Studio and now Andersen.
