He supports both PE and Italian Mid Caps in M&A deals aimed at backing the company’s growth as well as generational shift cases.

Alessio comes from 2 years in an Italian mid-caps boutique serving as Head of Origination with a focus on both debt and M&A deals for Italian Mid and Large-caps. His previous experience has been in a leading investment bank where he covered the Mid Caps segment with debt solutions like structure financing and private placement, and offered a cross selling approach with all investment banking products. Previously he worked 5 years long in a primary American lender as Senior Underwriter and 9 years in a leading French investment bank supporting both Italian mid and large-caps.
