Andrea, chartered accountant and statutory auditor, is specialized in administrative, corporate, and tax advice to medium and large companies, both national and multinational. He provides customers with support and assistance in the preparation of financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and tax compliance activities.

He has gained experience in extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, acquisitions and sales of business and companies), in the valuation of companies (drafting of appraisals and appraisal reports), in tax due diligence and corporate reorganizations.
