Andrea as European co-Managing Partner works together with Paolo Mondia to manage the European practice and the growth of both the Region and the organization as a whole.

As a professional, he works on evaluating companies and businesses through management control, assistance and consulting in regards to general coordination, planning, and assistance with negotiations and contracts, planning and finding financial resources in national and international M&A operations.

Andrea helps design and structure national and international companies and advise on matters of company law and practices. He provides consulting on economic and financial questions for penal judges by taking an active role as president and member of audit committees.

Furthermore, he has gained broad experience in the liquidation of companies and groups of companies, with or without provisional management. He also has experience with settlements and arrangements between partners in companies, and the composition of compromises for opposing interests in general.

Andrea has specific expertise in several fields including pharmaceuticals, publishing, retail trade chains, large-scale distribution, hotels, real estate, mining, energy, and new economy.

Andrea is a member of various audit committees and supervisory boards. He has lectured at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Milan on the topics of performance measurement and management (EVA), business valuation, continuity and planning, shareholders’ rights, use of trusts for income tax purpose, corporate law, and use of the common law trust to buy out shareholders. He has also lectured at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore on business debt negotiation and judicial reorganization proceedings.
