Due to his proven professional background, Andrea works in the field of Strategy & Integration. He is an expert in strategy, negotiation, education, as well as security.
Former Senior Officer of the Italian Army, during his institutional service, he held primary roles in High-Performance Organizations (HPOs) – both in headquarters and in operations. In particular, he served as a project director for significant development and research projects, receiving several international recognitions and honors for these activities.
In his recent professional past at Andersen, Andrea served as an advisor for organization, training, and strategic networking. He is also an expert in capacity & capability building. He has been the president of several companies in strategic consulting, defense, and cybersecurity, and a consultant for reputation protection and crisis management.
After being a trainer in institutional settings, he currently occasionally engages in teaching and training in university or professional/business settings. He willingly returns to the classroom frequently to stay updated. He was an editor for the Defense Administration of technical publications on the transparency of administrative acts and technical-applicative publications for the training of international military units.
In 2011, he was among the founders of the “M2B Project,” dedicated to the dissemination of the Montessori method and multilingual learning in primary and secondary public schools, now approved as a structured experiment by the Italian Ministry of Education at the national level.
He is an active member of the Chief of Staff Association – currently the largest global association of Chief of Staff – CoS – with members holding influential positions in more than fifty countries; Andrea is certified as a level 2 COS.
He collaborates with the Scenarios Development department of the SAÏD Business School and with the Oxford Business Alumni Network at the University of Oxford on training-related topics. He continues to be a subject matter expert for the planning of training for some institutions.
