Antonello Calabria

Antonello provides legal assistance to individuals and companies, dealing with extrajudicial activities (such as the drafting of civil opinions and contracts) and judicial activities (in the context of disputes in civil matters).

In particular, he has gained experience in civil disputes arising from contractual relationships and obligations in general, including those concerning real rights and liability for torts. He is also involved in credit recovery, both in the judicial phase and in the subsequent enforcement phase.

Antonello is licensed to practice law and is a member of the Brescia Bar Association.  He has attended at the University of Milan an advanced course in techniques for drafting business contracts and at the University of Bergamo an advanced course for International Business Lawyers, dealing with Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Tax Law.
