Carlo Gioffrè

Carlo is a lawyer with extensive experience in energy, environment, and decarbonization processes, and he is the coordinator of Andersen’s Energy Public Law department.

He specializes in administrative law with a focus on administrative proceedings related to energy production. He advises national and international sponsors, private equity funds, project developers, and multinational corporations on the acquisition, construction, sale, and financing of renewable energy power production.

He also assists clients in project finance, structured finance, public procurement financing, public-private partnerships (PPPs), concessions and regulated sectors, renewables, and waste-to-energy. During his professional career, he has also gained experience in environmental legislation applied to international waste management, contamination, and product compliance.

Carlo also has in-depth knowledge of litigation before the Regional Administrative Court and the Council of State and provides legal assistance in many public and energy law matters.
