Carlotta Pecora

Carlotta is an employment lawyer. She provides employment law assistance, advising national and international clients in handling of individual and collective dismissals, disputes on employee’s qualification and change of duties, disciplinary proceedings, breach of non-competition agreements.

She advises on the processes of hiring, development and termination of executive, para-subordinate and autonomous employment relationships, including commercial agency relationships; as well as on corporate crisis management, reorganisation and restructuring procedures involving employees. She also assists in litigation.

She has gained experience in various industries, ranging from large distribution, energy, fashion and professional football sectors, as well as in the management of employment law related matters in complex M&A processes (share deals and asset deals), providing assistance in the drafting and review of management agreements, in the drafting of remuneration policies including stock option plans, MBO(s) and LTIP(s), as well as welfare and employee benefit plans.
