Davide Buosi

Davide is focused on company, intangible assets and business unit valuation, as well as in the preparation of budgets and financial plans for both “in bonis” and distressed scenarios.

Before leading the Valuation & Modeling team at Andersen, he gained significant experience at PwC, from Associate to Senior Manager. In this field, he assisted a wide variety of clients, focusing particularly on the Metals & Mining, Industrial Products, and Retail sectors.

In the valuation practice, Davide’s experience ranges from valuations for financial statement purposes (Impairment Testing and Purchase Price Allocation), valuations for the transfer of business units or international intangible assets, to appraisals and opinions for corporate reorganization transactions (contributions, mergers, share swaps, demergers, withdrawals), Fairness and Valuation Opinions for M&A purposes, and assistance in the preparation of documents for LBO transactions pursuant to art. 2501-bis.

With regard to Modeling, Davide’s experience has been gained in highly complex contexts and is reflected in assisting management in modeling the industrial component of budgets (both annual and monthly), business plans (both separate and consolidated), preparing cash budgets over various time horizons, as well as analyzing variances.
