Davide Centurelli

Davide is a business partner providing advisory and accounting services both ordinary and extraordinary to the clients of the Firm. In particular, he is focused in tax, accounting and financial consultancy: fiscal planning (also for groups operating internationally) and ongoing advice on latest tax break provided by Italian Law are his main expertise to help the clients correctly handle their Italian and International tax issues.

He is also focused on VAT advisory, both for resident and non-resident entities. Evaluation of the VAT burden and compliance with periodical and yearly fulfillments. Davide works a lot with foreign clients having a VAT position in Italy, taking care of the related fulfilment and keeping the clients up to date with all the newest legislative provisions.

Davide gives support in claims or disputes related to fiscal or tax matters and during fiscal investigations and also supports the legal team on the fiscal aspect in the advisory of clients for asset segregations and tax planning in the heritage transfers.

His areas of specialization include domestic tax, company compliance obligations, VAT advisory, inheritance taxes.
