Davide Moretti

Davide is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor specializing in corporate consulting and assistance, in the preparation of both regular and consolidated financial statements in compliance with OIC and IAS/IFRS standards, extraordinary transactions, and corporate reorganizations.

He supports companies and groups in meeting civil and tax compliance requirements. He has gained experience in the preparation accounting and financial due diligence, in the creation of business plans and financial-economic plans. He also conducts business valuations and appraisals.

Davide holds audit positions and boards of statutory auditors. His experience in auditing provides him with an in-depth perspective on compliance and the correct application of accounting standards.

He also has technical expertise in corporate consulting related to ESG issues and the path toward sustainability in accordance with current regulations. Davide has attended various conferences and training courses, including the SAF (Advanced Training School), and has actively contributed to the implementation of ESG policies for companies in the manufacturing, mechanical, and wine sectors.
