Edoardo has experience in coordinating research for global private equity firms, hedge funds and strategy consultancies.
He is now specializing in transfer pricing and international tax for multinational corporations and other business entities.
He also has experience in supporting mid and large-cap funds with >$50 billion assets under management, assisting in the deal origination process by sourcing investment opportunities, leveraging connections, and keeping a pipeline of prospects and targets. Alongside, he has worked with global management consultancies on large due diligence projects in a variety of fields, including but not limited to, pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology and retail.
He presently aids his clients in implementing and overseeing their transfer pricing policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
He collaborates with fellow tax and legal professionals to prepare the necessary documentation for transfer pricing purposes, including the Masterfile and Local File, to ensure they conform to OECD guidelines and internal protocols.
