He specializes in Financial Due Diligence services and works with Deal Structure & Due Diligence department within the Corporate Finance Advisory Business Unit.

Throughout his career, Filippo has gained experience in both the buy and sell sides, working with medium to large corporate clients as well as Private Equity funds. He has led transactions in the large and mid-market segments (both private and listed companies). Key sectors of expertise include Industrial Products, Agribusiness/Food, Power & Utilities, Infrastructure, Gaming/Betting and IT/Tech.

Over the years, Filippo has been involved in major transactions for foreign investors acquiring businesses in Italy, as well as outbound deals involving Italian players.
