Francesca Capoferri

Francesca’s activity is divided between professional practice, the deepening of organizational issues and the management of human resources.

She is specialized in labor consulting with the management of labor relations, both in the crisis phase and the development phase of a company, with the assistance of the company in the study and drafting of reward systems and second level agreements, with a particular attention to the theme of corporate welfare.

Over the years, she has been a member of various supervisory organizations for private companies and various firms in the hospital/healthy industry. She is a member of ESG and Organization of the Studio commissions of the Order of Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia.

Francesca assists with the drafting of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Her natural passion for the organization and human resources, allows her to excel in all aspects of her role, including her responsibility of managing the regulatory obligations in terms of privacy and safety at work.

For the same reason, since 2016 she has become part of the same commissions to the order of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Brescia.

Francesca is also responsible for the management of information systems at the firm, and followed the transition to the digitization of documents and the creation of a reserved area for corporate files, accounting, and tax documentation of the customers.

Francesca has deepened and drafted the declaration (individual or consolidated) of a non-financial nature (“Dnf”) by the application of the Global Reporting Standards (GRI).

She is a Qualified Family Officer ex Lege 4/2013 MISE and a Professional Coach.
