Francesco Inturri

Francesco is the Coordinator for the Legal Business Unit. He’s a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law, commercial agreements, protection of industrial property, information technology and data protection regulation and related obligations, as well as criminal corporate liability of corporations and related obligations (i.e. drafting of organizational models).

He is skilled in corporate consultancy and supporting national and multi-national businesses through: extraordinary transactions, legal due diligence, incorporation of companies (including the activity of programming prodromal office and drafting of instruments of incorporation, articles of association and shareholders’ agreements), writing By-laws, compliance related to set up of companies, opinions on matters of major interest in the corporate law sphere, and mapping business processes.

Francesco is also specialized in the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights (trademarks, patents, models, designs, copyrights). He negotiates and drafts licensing and transfer agreements for trademarks, patents, knowhow and works protected by copyrights, technology transfer contracts, edition and software agreements.
