Gherardo Cadore

Gherardo is a lawyer specialized in M&A transactions, extraordinary finance, private equity and project financing.​

He focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, including national and international contracts, with a particular specialization in privatization transactions, acquisitions and takeover bids.​

During his working experience he has assisted investment funds and numerous Italian and foreign operators.​

Gherardo has worked both in London and New York. He has also gained experience in the banking sector.​

Co-author and author of several articles on commercial law in specialist journals published in New York and has participated, as a speaker, in conferences and seminars in Italy and in the United States.​

He has also actively contributed to the tutoring project as team leader in his previous work experience. The project focused on the training of young professionals and on the verification of their growth processes (from workloads to assigned tasks, trying to accommodate personal ambitions).
