Giacomo previously worked at EY, specializing in reviewing the financial statements of major companies and industrial groups.

He has acquired specific expertise in accounting and financial due diligence, business, financial and economic plans.

Giacomo has also developed specific expertise on the prepared financial statements, both on the basis of Italian accounting principles and international accounting standards (IAS / IFRS).

As an expert in tax advisory and planning as well as M&A operations, he assists individual clients and companies operating in a wide range of industries.

Giacomo helps his customers find new and innovative tax solutions to meet their specific circumstances. This includes the preparation of projections on taxable income, research on various tax issues and the preparation of individual and commercial tax declarations.

He manages both personal tax planning and hereditary succession, as well as the need for business tax advice.
