Giampaolo has 35 years of experience in compliance and tax practice, and over 25 years of experience as a member of the board of auditors and the board of directors for several companies with international interest.

Giampaolo creates financial statements and consolidated financial statements for important Italian firms. He specializes in corporate tax planning, transaction support on commercial law, national fiscal consolidation issues, and management of corporations and their compliance. He also supports companies and their shareholders on tax, business administration, commercial and corporate law.

He has studied several corporate issues in detail and gathered considerable professional experience in corporate extraordinary operations, company assessments and due diligence.

Giampaolo’s background also provides him with an excellent business perspective. He was a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen in Milan and worked as an assistant to the Administrative and Finance Director in an important firm, operating in the field of technical and medical gases.

He also works closely with his clients to provide assistance on complex tax litigation issues, in the context of pre-litigation settlement procedures and bilateral or multilateral mutual agreement procedures between the Italian and foreign tax authorities

His client base includes individuals and companies specifically in publishing, para-pharmaceutical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and real estate industries.
