Gian Piero Balducci

Gian Piero provides tax and corporate advice to Italian and foreign groups, being an expert in tax issues related to large-scale retail, insurance, private equity and real estate funds.

Thanks to a wide experience in national and international tax advisory and consulting, he assists legal entities from various industries, including international intermodal transport, media, ICT and pharmaceuticals.

Gian Piero provides tax and corporate planning and support for M&A transactions. He also assists in tax litigation and has specific expertise in compliance with Law 231/01 (Corporate Defense Surveillance Bodies).

He is Chairman or member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several companies, both listed and unlisted, in the financial, large-scale retail, communications and business consulting sectors.

Before becoming a Partner of Studio Palea – now Andersen Tax & Legal, from 1986 to 1989 he worked in the Turin office of Arthur Andersen.

Gian Piero is often called upon to speak at conferences on tax and corporate issues and is an expert of the French market.
