Guido assists funds, family offices, private individual investors, managers and founders in M&A transactions, focused on SMEs and early stage ventures.
He advises on financial matters including LBO and development capital deals, club deals, new ventures’ fund raising, M&A or sales of companies, assessment of businesses, analysis and deals structuring, negotiation of agreements, business plan and placement-investment memorandum review, due diligences and executions support.
He has a wide range of sector expertise, particularly in cosmetic and web tech driven industries.
Guido has gained vast experience with M&A, private equity transactions and funds management.
He spent over 20 years in the private equity industry, starting as an analyst in the early nineties. He previously spent five years as CFO of a manufacturing company and another four years as Investment Manager at Interbanca. He then was Partner and Executive Director for nine years at Cape Natixis SGR, a management company that deals with PE funds and is part of the French Group Banque Natixis.
