Ivan Gasco

​Ivan is an expert M&A and Real Estate advisor to medium and large sized corporations, both Italian and international, (to whom he also provides financial advice), as well as to families of entrepreneurs whom he assists in planning their family business and personal interests.​

​Thanks to his broad expertise and the support of a highly professional team, his activity ranges from extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers, contributions, business disposals, etc.), to the drafting of appraisals and fairness opinions, from the formation of business and financial plans to the introduction of management control systems, from national and international tax planning to tax and accounting due diligence for M&A. ​

​Ivan also deals with the launch of innovative start-ups, business crisis management (distressed assets, debt restructuring, composition, etc.), estate planning for HNWIs, generational handover in family businesses, Corporate Finance (capital increases, issuance of bonds, new bank debt, etc.) and soft finance (tax credits, public grants and funds).​

​He is highly experienced as a financial advisor in M&A and Real Estate transactions, and in joint ventures, dealing with the search and selection of investment opportunities, the transaction structuring, as well as the contractual negotiation phase between the parties.​

​He is Chairman and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in many companies, including some belonging to listed groups or supervised by the Bank of Italy, as well as Chairman and member of various Supervisory Boards pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/100. ​

​He is often called upon as a speaker at conferences and webinars on specific tax and corporate issues.
