Ivana has deep knowledge about accounting, tax and corporate consulting in favor of partnerships, medium and large corporations operating in different business activities. She also provides tax and contribution advice to professionals and individuals in Italy and abroad.

She prepares financial statements and tax returns. She has experience in different tax issues, such as the taxation of corporate groups and Value Added Tax at national and European levels.

She is an expert in preparing accounting and tax due diligence to support the acquisition and corporate reorganization activities. She also assists clients during tax audits and at all stages of tax litigation.

Ivana is skilled in individual, corporation, and partnership tax calculation, civil and tax consolidation, and corporate and tax compliance.

She is a full member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of medium and large companies.
