Kenneth Poruthotage

Kenneth’s primary focus is on providing accounting, tax, business, and corporate advice to corporations. He assists Italian companies controlled by national and international groups in the preparation of periodic management reports.

He provides ongoing consultancy and assistance in the preparation of periodic tax returns, supplementary notes, management reports, and VAT-related issues mainly in a national context.

Kenneth studied business valuation and extraordinary transactions during his university studies. This has enabled him to carry out various valuations, particularly of intangible assets, and to assist other Andersen professionals in the appraisals and preparatory activities drafting for extraordinary transactions.
