Laura Bergamini

Laura is a chartered accountant with over twenty years of experience. She has specific skills in tax, accounting, and corporate consultancy, as well as the preparation and analysis of financial statements drawn up both based on national and international accounting standards (IAS / IFRS) for medium and large companies, including listed companies, operating in the commercial, industrial and financial fields. She also provides consulting services related to the taxation of individuals.

She has experience in the field of accounting and tax due diligence. She assists companies in extraordinary transaction and in the filling of group reporting.

Laura offers consulting about national and EU VAT matters and assits in tax litigation. She is part of the Turin Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2001 and in the Register of Auditors since 2003.

She participates in the “Budget and OIC” Working Group of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Turin.
