In these areas, she has recurrently advised both Italian and non-Italian multinational companies and private equity houses, as well as banks and institutional investors.

Her expertise includes advising corporate and financial investors on tax matters related to either the acquisition, the disposal, the reorganization, or the financing and refinancing of large portfolios of solar and wind assets, as well as on investments into energy services companies.

Within the M&A transactions, Letizia was also engaged in the tax aspects related to the share or asset deal acquisitions of entities and going concerns involved in the gaming business.

Over the years, she has gained experience in the renewable energy business and gaming sector from several due diligence performed for major players in those industries.
